First, Modern Day Chimney Service installed my chimney liner as part of a complete furnace and AC installation.  They are very professional and a pleasure to do business with.  While installing that liner, they pointed out a significant water/plumbing problem in my basement.  Even though I was aware of this issue, I did appreciate their advice.  They suggested a solution and offered to fix  the problem by sealing a water line.  They came back in a few days.  They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem.  Then fixed the leak in a simple, but effective way.  Simply put, they identified, diagnosed, and solved a water leak that was doing slow, but potentially significant damage to my basement.  They did  this at a modest cost.  Their helpful service is greatly appreciated.
