Oleg has built me several business computers over the last 15 years and has been very fair in price and maintained these units. He is brilliant technician and I have alway been 100 % satisfied most recently he repalaced motherboard abd saved our Dell XPS after a diferent service gave up on it as dead

Left laptop with Oleg Kachva to see why my laptop would not turn on. Found the motherboard to be defective. Removed hard drive and instructed me how to use this as an external drive. Said the unit is not worth fixing. I did check around for a second opinion whether to replace board or not and all companies I called, not sellers, told me the same thing, not worth fixing. I asked about there pricing for same type of service and they where all more expensive. I took my desktop unit which is having trouble for a diagnostic.
I will use MICRO Xperts in the future and highly recommend them as a resource for computer repairs or troubleshooting. Very professional, fast, cost effective. They do what they say and when they say they will have it done. Excellent choice and a chance find.

After purchasing the computer I noticed that it took long periods of time to download information. I was told by the technician at Micro Xperts that I had 1.2 GB of RAM which proved to be false.

My HP desktop's fan was making a lot of noise. I took it to these guys and they immediately diagnosed that it was actually the fan on the video card that was at issue. In a matter of 10 minutes a brand new card was installed and the driver was setup and tested. I left happy with a whisper quiet PC. This is not the first time I am going to Micro Xperts when it comes to any computer issues, big or small. They are Mega Xperts with microchips. Reasonable, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Highly recommended.

I called him up, and went over to his house since he works out of his basement. I brought him my laptop and he fixed it right there within a half an hour.

These guys are great! Don't go anywhere else for your computer repairs. They saved the data from my old hard drive somehow. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do the work fast.

Reasonably priced and relatively quick turnaround. Vladimir can be a bit abrupt and didn't seem to want to answer some of my questions, but ultimately they fixed my problem honestly and fairly quickly (in 4 days). I'd use them again.

They didn't do a great job. After I got it back the first time to turn it off I had to pull the plug. I eventually had to take it back and they didn't get it to work to my satisfaction. I keep paying them and I didn't want to pay anymore for them to do more work. In front of another customer he said "screw it, just take your computer".

"ON 10/14/2005 THE MEMBER BOUGHT A KIT OF REFURBISHED PARTS WHICH INCLUDED PROCESSOR (P4 1.6), MOTHERBOARD, 256MB OF RAM AND 40GB HARD DRIVE FOR $180. WE WARRANTY REFURBISHED PARTS FOR 90 DAYS. ON JUNE 15TH OF 2006 COMPUTER WAS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION HAVING PROBLEMS WITH INTERNET CONNECTION AND SPEED OF WORK. AS WE DETERMINED, PROBLEMS WERE CAUSED BY NUMEROUS VIRUSES, AND WE REMOVED ALL OF THEM ALSO CLEANED DIFFERENT SPYWARE AND ADWARE. FOR THIS SERVICE WE CHARGED HIM $60. ON JULY 22ND THE MEMBER BROUGHT COMPUTER AGAIN TO OUR STORE AND TOLD US RIGHT AWAY THAT HE IS NOT GOING TO PAY US FOR ANYTHING NO MATTER WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. OUR TECHNICIAN CONNECTED A COMPUTER, TURNED IT ON AND MADE SURE THAT COMPUTER BOOTS NORMALLY TO A DESKTOP. AFTER THAT HE ADVISED THE MEMBER TO TAKE COMPUTER BACK HOME SINCE WE DO NOT SEE ANY PROBLEM. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE LAST TIME COMPUTER WAS “SCREWED UP BY VIRUSES” AS HE PUT IT. WE ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT USE WORD “SCREW” IN ANY OTHER MEANING. IF THE MEMBER WOULD LIKE US TO FIX ANY PROBLEM WITH HIS COMPUTER WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP HIM."

HAVING BEEN QUOTED ANYWHERE FROM $100. TO $250.00 FOR DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE, I WAS STUNNED TO RECEIVE SUCH EXCELLENT RESULTS FOR SUCH A REASONABLE PRICE. THOUGH I HOPE I WON'T NEED THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE (!), THIS IS THE PLACE I'LL USE AND RECOMMEND.
