The carpet was saturated with foul smelling discharge leaking from the air conditioner. Everything needed replacing.

The people and the service are outstanding. They are very good at identifying needs and delivering solutions whether it be I am shopping for a new vehicle or if I have questions about my current vehicle.They are very friendly and have a good follow-through. I am just very pleased with the over-all service both from the sales floor and service area.

Spoke to Metro Lexus on phone. Needed to go into location to match piece. Associates were very helpful and got me the matching piece the first time.

Outstanding. My repairs due to needing parts took a bit longer and I was provided with a new rental car to accommodate my inconvenience.

Overall, the experience has been great. The technicians are very professional, always on time, and they give loaner cars for free. All of their work is of the highest quality; I've never had a problem and I've been going there for 10 years.

The quality of service and professionalism is average. The repairs were done, as they were supposed to be. Sometimes I had an appointment and I'd wait for the repairs. Sometimes I had to wait for hours and I thought they were slipping people in front of me. I think some of their write up people practiced favoritism. I think there were 1 or 2 people that worked in friends. I didn't complain about the service but they claim to be a top dealer and I thought they were not any better than any average dealer. They spend a lot of money on the amenities; they have a free coffee bar with an attendant and you can have gourmet coffee and pastry. I'm paying for that and I feel that they are padding the bill. The prices are high and I complained about it once. They mentioned the mechanics and it was just for an oil change, which I could have done myself. They also mentioned the amenities. I thought it was just unnecessary. If I were to buy a Lexus I would go somewhere else. They do give me a free loaner and they will pick me up if I need them to. They offer valet service.

They do an excellent job and I will continue to use them in the future.

Thankfully, they loaned me another vehicle while mine is in the shop. I feel more comfortable keeping the car where we purchased it oppose to a regular mechanic. I think they really know what needs to be done on it. They seem to be very courteous. They're willing to help me out in any way they can. I've had no problems with the quality of their work.

My dealing with them have been superb. Lamont Williams is the salesman that I started with, but the whole organization is good and they treat you well.
