After taking time off of work on 10/17/17 to meet the installers, they didn't show up. When I called they said their truck broke down with transmission issues. Re-scheduled for 10/19/17. Installers attempted to line the pipe when they had doubts, and the process failed. The installers were polite and worked well, however they were not as knowledgeable as the man I discussed the specifics with on the phone, and the pipe lining failed. Their website said they stand behind their work, guarantee and provide a warranty, this is not true in this case. Company kept my cash (they required check/cash) deposit of $2000. They offered no solution. I offered to let them keep 1/2 of the deposit to cover their expenses, and I would contract another company to do the work, but they didn't accept. I don't know about their other services but I surely would advise not to give a cash deposit as you will not get your money back if problems arise. Only pay with credit card as you will have more recourse if the finished job is not acceptable.
