As a long distance owner it appears all went well and was done timely. I am pleased with his work and professionalism.

I had a very bad experience with this contractor. Mediocre work at best, bad responsiveness and lack of respect.
I live abroad, so I have to count on the contractor to be super responsible and professional.
Before the work started, whenever I tried to make things more specific in the list of works, Greg made fun of it reassuring that he will
simply "do the job".
Well of the list of works that were agreed upon, some were carried out - at a very mediocre fashion - bad painting, sloppy finishing...
When I visited Cleveland Heights for a few days and wanted to meet with Greg in the house in order to show him all the faults, he
initially set a time to come. Then he cancelled on the pretext of emergencies. Then, he failed to answer my emails urging him to set another close date, so I had to notify him of a day and time I will wait for him in the house. He didn't answer this email either, so I had to wait for him in vain. Only later he bothered to answer and tell he received my emails but meeting me was not possible. Even though he knew I was in town for a few days only, he didn't make the slightest effort to meet me. Then he went on to make only partial work on the list of faults I gave him.
