Quick and easy. Estimate and work completed day after original contact. Performed requested shingle replacement and inspected other loose shingles and chimney. Gave honest recommendation on roof condition and chimney.

John arrived as scheduled and went right to work. he performed the work without delay and removed all debris including the antenna. He repaired the areas impacted by the antenna on the shingles. he followed the cord from the antenna to the house and appropriately removed that. When asked about a 6 month warranty, he simply replied you call me if there is any issue. One of the first times in my memory I accepted the word of the installer, and still feel good about it today. John came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. Great service provider!!

We had someone else come out before to do tuck pointing and when Meder came out to do some work, he wouldn't criticize the other company. He said, "he forgot to caulk it". I was very impressed. He sent me a bill a couple weeks later with an envelope with a stamp already on it.

He was respectful and conscientious and very determined to find the exact source of the leak I was experiencing in the laundry room ceiling. His exacting work gave me the time to prepare for the roof's replacement this past summer. His pricing was very fair.

I have 40+ years experience in the building trades and I can tell you that this guy really knows his stuff! He has done jobs for several other of my family members and all have come away completely satisfied. it was a great job. and it has been consistently a good experience. originally they came b/c we were having leaking. when they inspected the roof they discovered 42 slates were missing and that in places over the door there was nothing but plastic. they fixed all that for an excellent price and we have worked with them ever since.

The entire process was very smooth. First roof job I had to worry about and John was the right guy for the job. I had seen that they did other work in West Park and were reviewed well here, so gave a call. John came out that same evening on the way from a job. Walked me thru what I needed to have done and warned me about some potential hazards (not a big fan of surprises.) Covered potential additional costs in detail. Waited a couple days for the weather to break and John and his crew of 4 were out at 9am on a Saturday. Job went smoothly. Did more than I could have expected working with some rotted wood including jacking up the center beam and securing it. Clean up was perfect. The work has all I wanted and more. Nothing to complain about.

We got this company's name from our neighbors b/c we were having leaking in numerous rooms through the windows. They came out and told us we had 42 slates missing and that some of the work performed by the prior roofer was substandard. Their bid was very reasonable considering the scope of the work. We have had them come back annually to inspect the work. they have a specialist who deals with slate. it has been an excellent experience.

Prompt initial response. The owner came out to quote the job and do the job. He was a pleasure to deal with. He's the only one of the contracters I had out who bothered to go into the crawl space to assess what was wrong. Others put a flashlight up into the crawl space and told me I needed more extensive work without even looking at the roof. Not sure how to assess the quality at this point, but so far so good.

The workers were very neat and cleaned up after themselves.

GREAT CLEAN UP! YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THEY WERE THERE. GOOD PRICE, GOOD VALUE, AND THE OWNER TREATED ME VERY NICELY. I WENT TO WORK ONE DAY, CAME BACK, AND I HAD A NEW ROOF. MY NEIGHBORS EVEN COMMENTED ON HOW THEY KEPT THEIR TRUCKS OUT OF THE WAY AND DIDN'T PLAY ANY LOUD MUSIC.
