MECHANICAL AIR SYSTEMS INC

HE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT IN LESS THAN A HALF HOUR. IT WAS A BURNED WIRE AND I WATCHED HIM AS HE FIXED IT. HE LUBED AND OILED EVERY PART. HE USED A GARDEN HOSE AND CLEANED IT.

I have a very old air conditioning unit and Mechanical Air, Mr. Babitski has come out several times over the last ten years and has always managed to fix it and keep it running for me as i can not afford to replace it. He always has billed me reasonably and always comes the same day and within a matter of a few hours after I call no matter how busy or hot it is outside. 
He discovered a rusted condenser coil wire and replaced it. He inspected the thermostat as well as the furnace. He was able to fix it within an hour. 
I have a leaky pipe in the basement and i have a huge plastic basket which allows the water to drip into it and he emptied it for me which was half full. ( i recently had a plumber out to the house who also saw the same bucket half full and mentioned it to me but did not empty it). i thought that was rather nice of him to do that for me. 
Mr. Babitski did not leave a bill he always bills me through the mail and his bills are always very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone for any heating or air conditioning problem. He is very honest and I never worry that I am being over charged or charged for a service that I did not need.
