We are LIVID. I just heard from my 90 year old mother that Stephanie sent your plumber Patrick to her house 6/18/20 and he did all his work WITHOUT A MASK. NO MASK. ELDERLY WOMAN’S HOME. NO MASK. For almost an hour. After mucking about in other people's homes and bathrooms. And it was just a toilet valve, which he didn’t have it in his truck, so he had to go out shopping, and returned WITH NO MASK AGAIN. $130 for an easy $13 part fix that put her life in danger. No email listed on your site hence this post. I am HORRIFIED.

Needed a valve replaced. Service person did not show up with correct tools for the job. Took almost an hour to turn the main water valve off, then needed to leave to acquire the correct key to shut the water off. Mind you the water meter was installed by the city less than 24 hours prior. Repeat trips to service truck (15-20x), then needed to leave (again) to acquire the parts he needed to do the job. Also, informed them of what service was needed. So you figure they would show up with the parts needed. No estimate given. Then charged 2 hours labor, plus parts and a service charge.

They were excellent and we will use them again.

Outstanding as usual! This company personalizes their services. Bruce, the dispatcher remembers me from year to year and is awesome with appointment scheduling with Ernie. Ernie's furnace/air conditioning "IQ" is beyond brilliant. They are also outstanding when emergencies arise. I highly recommend this company.

The furnace did not work properly during the coldest days in Jan. I called them and got a quote for around $80. A technician came and did some diagnosis and cleaning and charged me $120. I told him the quote was $80, but he said $80 was for half an hour labor and $120 was for an hour even though he barely spent half an hour with the job. He told me if the furnace still had issues after his repairing, he could come back to try something else without charging the $40 travel charge. After using and observing the furnace for a couple of days, I found it still had the issue, so I called the company again as he had told me. To my surprise, he refused to come back and told me to call the original installer, which I did. The installer came with some equipment and agonized correctly.

Very in depth clean and check on both AC and furnace. I have used McPhillips for many years and will continue to do so. Outstanding customer service.

Water was coming down to the living room through the ceiling. We got someone out to figure out where the leak could be. I will just use them again when I need plumbing.

Another company was hesitant to complete the job because he was struggling with the snake. Mcphillips guys were able to work around the elbow with the snake. Mcphillips came in and they were able to properly use the snake and get it cleared no problem. The first guy, from the other company, wasn't able to clear it with the snake so he suggested we hammer out the drain and drop in a new line which was $3500. Turns out, it was just a clog and Mcphillips did it for the service fee which was $250.

I just put in a furnace so I just had some plumbing work done. In fact, I am going to call them out to clean the furnace and the air conditioning and get it ready for the rest of the summer. And also there's one of the commodes that needs some work done. It's not flushing right. I'll be using them again. That's the first name I think of when I need heating and plumbing. They get the job done for a reasonable price.

They have been doing all of our work for 20 years.  They always fix the problem.  The good thing about them is that if the problem is not fixed, we can call them and tell them.  They are very receptive and they come back and take care of it.  They are highly reliable and incredibly professional.  They stand behind their work.

My experience with them was very good and the price was actually very good too.

We received an estimate from another company and decided to seek a second estimate from McPhillips.  They came in over $2,000.00 less.  When I had an inspector come out from the utility company to do a check of our house efficiency, he informed me that the unit McPhillips was putting in was a much better unit than the one suggested by the first company.

We called them 7  business days ago to come and fiz 2 small leaks , each day they have not showed up. Today they said we were nest at 10 am...someone was coming at 4pm and at 6pm I am wriing this note because again no one has shown up .

We called McPhillips because they were local and I believed they would be knowledgable about the kinds of problems houses in the community would have.  The provider came over late, although on the same day that we called.  The provider snaked the drain in the outside our house to alleviate the slow drain problem we were having.  The problem was not alleviated and the provider said they would call back to 'jet' the line which would help our problem.  They never called back with the jet option.  
The following week or 2, our basement flooded.  We called the North East Ohio Regional Sewer district as we were concerned the problem lay under the street and was due to recent work being done in our neighborhood.  They found no problem in the line that the McPhillips plumber snaked and we were told to contact another plumber.  We did so through our sewer line insurance program.
The plumber  sent through our insurance discovered that the initial snake was done on the storm water line and not the sanitation line.  They mitigated our problem and found a root mass under the street.  The sewer district and the city will be providing a long-term fix soon.   
I placed a call to McPhillip's about this issue, seeing if there was anything they could do to 'make this right'.  They said they would call me back the next day.  It has been over a week and I still have not heard from them.

It wasn't very good. They provided a warranty for the furnace.

I would give them a good recommendation. They were friendly, fair and prompt. The guy did what he said he was going to do, and he did it in a timely manner. I didn’t feel like I was getting cheated.
