Exterior Painting
CIGARETTE BUTTS AND PAINT DRIPPINGS EVERYWHERE, OIL SPOTS IN THE DRIVE, AND TOO MUCH TRASH. THE OWNER AND HIS REGULAR HELPER DO GOOD WORK, BUT THE SUB-CONTRACTORS WORK HAD TO BE GONE OVER. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, BUT THEY KEPT FINDING SMALL DETAILS THAT NEEDED TO BE ATTENDED TO, INCLUDING SEVERAL SMALL EXTERIOR CARPENTRY ITEMS. THIS ENDED UP CREATING AN ADDITIONAL $1700 BILL, WHICH CAME AS A SHOCK TO US. WE WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.
