A+ for their customer service. I visited the Mattress Warehouse and worked with John to get me the best price for the best mattress for my husband and me. Purchase was made and delivery set up for Saturday. Address numbers were transposed and mattress was delivered and accepted to the wrong house. ( I know. I can't believe someone accepted it either when they didn't purchase it. ) But as soon as I saw this on the Mattress Warehouse delivery tracking I called the salesman, John, who assured me he would find out what happened and make it right. To make a long story short the delivery manager, Paul, showed up at my house, took complete responsibility and promised to take care of it "today". My new mattress, box springs and bed frame were set up and ready to go by 1:30 pm. The customer service and professionalism shown me by John, Paul and delivery/ set up personnel (George and Ringo?) is worth and A+ rating.
I cannot rate the actual mattress yet Optimum Inspiration Gold as I've only slept on it one night.
