THE BUYING PROCESS WAS EASY & THE BED WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY FOR A REASONABLE FEE. THE BED IS GREAT.

WE HAD ORIGINALLY BEEN TOLD WE COULD RETURN THE MATTRESS IN 30 DAYS. AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS MADE, THE SALESPERSON DISCLAIMED THE PROMISE. THERE WERE SOME SCUFF MARKS ON IT.
