MASTERPIECE ELECTRIC

I was very pleased with the work that was done by Masterpiece Electric. I was in the process of finishing my basement when at the last minute I realized that I needed to install a remote monitor (for my intercom) in my basement before the walls were finished. I am not sure why it took me so long to realize that I should've have done this before, but I needed someone who could help me FAST. I rushed to find someone who could install the necessary wires and monitor for my intercom system that were needed. It was early Monday morning when I started looking for people who were certified. I spoke to Mike at Masterpiece that afternoon, we scheduled a meeting for that Tuesday, and the remote monitor and wires were installed by that Thursday. Mike was very helpful in letting me know what was needed and getting it for me. He had the necessary materials overnighted to him so that he could complete his part where it wouldn't delay my remodeling project. I would recommend Mike if you're looking for someone who very professional, trustworthy and punctual. He goes out of his way to help. A few days after the completion of my project, Mike sent me the user manual for my intercom system. I had the system for 7 years and never had a manual. Now I can get full use out of my intercom system/music player/doorbell.

FIRST HE TOLD ME IT COULD COST UP TO 500.00 AND IT ENDED UP COSTING ALMOST 2,000. HE DIDNT WARN ME AS THE JOB WAS GOING ALONG THAT THE COST WAS INCREASING. IF HE HAD TOLD ME THEN I WOULD HAVE TOLD HIM TO STOP. I THOUGHT THAT WAS UNETHICAL. PLUS HE DIDNT DO THE JOB RIGHT AND I HAD TO TELL HIM TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT.

CAME OUT TO DO ESTIMATE AND WAS ABLE TO DO WORK, WHICH WAS WONDERFUL.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, TOP QUALITY.

HE SEEMED KIND OF EXPENSIVE BUT ALL ELECTRICIANS ARE. I HIRE PEOPLE BASED ON MY PERCEPTION OF HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. THIS GUY IS!
