MARQUEZ RENOVATION

The Marquez Renovation team did an excellent job, and the finished product was as discussed, and more. They are a detail-oriented team, and truly passionate about what they do. This project came with some interesting challenges with the utilities (plumbing and hvac) and they did a great job developing creative and affordable solutions. I would definitely hire them again.

I heard about these people from a friend that had used them and was pleased with their work. They came out right away to ***** my problem, told me what they could do, gave me a price and time. They were very professional with my time and money. Arrived on time, went right to work, and cleaned up after. Good work and pleasant personality.

Lucy and I worked out best possible days, and she came on the days promised.  If questions came up, Lucy asked if I wanted it this way or that way. She complied with my wishes and provided ideas I had not considered--which I greatly appreciated. Worksite was neat as a pin when work was done. I paid by check on the day work was complete. The deck looks grand, and the neighbors are impressed.

Please note that this was the second part of a two-segment job. A few weeks earlier, Lucy completed a number of home repair tasks that I have been unable to do, all the way from repairing a running toilet to sanding down and repainting a door, fixing a non-working doorbell, leveling out a wall with nails that were popping out, and several other items, large and small. There seems to be no home repair that she cannot do.  When I asked her about her impressive range in skills, Lucy said that she is constantly learning. She also said that, when asked to do something she cannot do, she says so--and she will try to provide referrals.  I paid for this earlier work when all tasks were completed.

Lucy followed up in both cases with emailed  invoices to me, marked paid, for both segments of the home repair project.

Lucy has done other projects for us - some plumbing and electrical at our other house - and she's great. Best price and you cannot beat the quality of her work.

Lucy did a great job from start to finish. She took exact measurements to make sure everything would fit before we bought it and took the time to rework the venting for the exhaust to make it more efficient. She cleaned up throughly and was always on time.

Overall, their work is outstanding. The biggest issue is that sometimes they're a little slow to follow through and make a date for the work after they do the estimate. When they do come out, their work is very good and their prices are reasonable.

Lucy and her team do excellent work with great attention to detail. One of the best things about this company is that you don't need to keep a close eye on them, they do exactly the work they say they will do and certainly don't cut corners.

Very easy to work with. Does a good job. She's very punctual, honest and fair with pricing. Doesn't waste time.
