 + 4 moreI chose Mark because he is an excellent carpenter, a creative thinker and is happy to work with little to no supervision. I needed someone I could point in the direction of a problem and say - fix it. It has worked well for me with this project. If I wanted things done on a tight schedule with a lot of input on my part, I might choose someone else. This work was done over the course of several months, with Mark putting in a week's worth of time and then billing me.
Description of Work: Replace and install front door, replace & install glass in storm door, repair/ replace rotted roof in garage, install new pull down steps to attic, insulate attic, floor attic with plywood, install lights in attic, install ceiling exhaust fan with light in bathroom, added new timer switch in bath, repair leaking toilet & plumbing in shower, replace broken glass in bathroom window, replaced all copper piping in basement, re-attached utility sink in basement, ripped out old (moldy) paneling, cabinets and shelves in basement, fixed window where water was coming in and repaired water damaged ceilings and walls in bedroom & living room.
