Went great, immediate response when I called. Needed a Radon test with the general home inspection, for a home purchase. Called on a Monday, Mark immediately responded, and had the Radon test scheduled on Tuesday, since it needed 2 days for the test, and the general inspection on Wednesday to have everything ready by Wednesday night. All reports were ready by following day. Mark contacted my realtor and scheduled all the appointments with her. I met him for the general inspection, when through all the details with me, explained everything for me, and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and efficient. Would recommend Mark for anyone!!!

Home inspection report 1. Omitted that one chimney was crumbling and needed to rebuilt 2. Several rooms in the home had no heat source, even though his report indicated otherwise. 3. Omitted 5 brick window wells were deteriorating and needed major work. 4. Report indicated that gas starter existed in fireplace and was functioning; this was inaccurate. Upon first contacting the inspector about problems, his first response and immediate was concern was whether or not I had told any of this to the realtor who had referred him. The inspector admitted to the omission of a heat source in several rooms and asked us for time to allow him to address the problems. We gave him two years to address the problem but he was completely unresponsive so we sued him in small claims court and won the maximum allowed by the court. The inspector doesn't appear to have insurance and has not paid the judgement.

CALLED MARK ON A MONDAY- HE DROPPED THE RADON TEST OFF RIGHT AWAY, DID THE INSPECTION ON WEDNESDAY, & HAD A DETAILED REPORT COMPLETE WITH THE RADON TEST RESULTS TO US VIA EMAIL BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. WOW!

I THINK HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! HE CAN DO EVERYTHING AND IS LICENSED TO INSPECT ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR HOME. HE ACTUALLY GOT UP ON THE ROOF FOR US, AS WELL!
