Extremely rude, unprofessional, racist and antisemitic. We hired him to cut our lawn bc we met him while he was doing another lawn near us. The first thing he said to us was ?I spent $11k on his new mower and ni***rs don?t even have 5k to spend on a car.? We were shocked to say the least. We had him do a fall cleanup and he came once to cut the lawn. I asked him to cut it shorter the next time, he didn?t, I told him we wouldn?t be needing his services anymore. He showed up at my house for payment and berated my husband and I that he has thousands of customers never had a complaint and that our yard looked terrible. Couple of weeks later he is outside when my husband and I are taking a walk. He immediately started with us about how bad our lawn looks and that he has ?thousands of customers? and ?millions of dollars.? I sarcastically said ?mazel tov? and he said ?then I can?t say anything else bc I have a lot of money and I don?t want to get sued. Terrible job?TERRIBLE person.

Mark broke his contract with us because and I quote: “I have worked 48 days in a row; I would like to see my kids; it takes an hour to cut your backyard; you paid my wife instead of me; I don’t need your job- I’m going to trim the fat”. Then he hung up, but not before I requested a refund for the week’s service he charged me for, but never did. His response- you want your 47$ back? Like he was actually shocked. It’s too bad because his wife is very kind and runs her end of the business properly.

We had a terrible experience with them. They came in the middle of the day, when we needed to be plowed out before work in the morning and in the evening. They didn't plow the entire driveway. They only go a foot from the garage door.

Mark Andru Landscaping is very polite and respectful. He is also very responsive and he shows up on time every week. He is very professional and I have been very pleased with his services.

Snow removal was NOT done after 3" of snow or twice a day as promised in the contract. During the hugest snowfall of the season I was unable to get out of my driveway. The plow came at about 2:00am on Sunday morning, and because he had not been there as promised, HE got stuck in my driveway. Once he finally freed his truck he left, having plowed ONLY 1/3 of my driveway. The next day I spent nearly 3 hours standing in snow up to my knees, shoveling so that I could get my car out of the garage and down the driveway. When I tried to call him, his answering machine was turned OFF!

They come on time and very pleasant and show on time and very respectful and they do a very clean cut mow and I want to have them as long as I can and I recommend them.

In the contract I was supposed to receive a push any time the snow surpassed 3 inches in my driveway. There were several light snowfalls around 3-5" were he never bothered to show so I just drove through it. He was also supposed to show twice a day if necessary. Once in the morning before 8am and once in the evening before 5pm on weekdays. I don't think he ever made these times once in the entire season. Often my plowing was completed hours and hours past these times after I already drove through the snow or had to shovel to get my car in. As I sit here writing this it is 1pm on Sunday after the major blizzard of the season (3-9-08). I still have not been plowed while everyone else on my street who pays for plowing has been cleared out. I missed church and am still stuck sitting in my house with errands to run. When I called I was told that his brother should be out before 2pm. Wonderful! No rush fellas, you got your money! I strongly urge anyone to avoid this company for snow removal!

This is my first year in using a snow removal service and generally, it has been helpful. I still have to clear the drive myself occasionally as there are times that I was stuck in the drive. This is because the service often plows very late at night and only once a snowfall. There have been very few missed plowings but I do not know who to call when this occurs. This spring I will need to re-sod some of the lawn where the plow dug pretty deep but that shouldn't be too much of a problem either. I would recommend using a snow removal service if you live in Cleveland.

Mark is very dependable, polite and does a good job. We have used his company for 6 years.

He is always respectful, never misses. I also use him for snow plowing. He is always on time and very responsive.
