Started digging before obtaining permit from city for the work, caused delay in work and more grass was ruined under the plywood protection. His promised finish date kept going out, job I thought should take 5 days at most went on for 3 weeks. On a positive note, the waterproofing work Marc performed was of good quality. Work was performed at my elderly mother's home.
