Responded to my phone call on a timely basis. Showed up on time. Move went smoothly.

They did an excellent job disassembling the table, moving it to my house and reassembling it with a new cloth in my basement. The person doing the job was very helpful and gave me good tips for maintaining the table. My only issue, which is minor, is that the customer service person, who I believe is the owner, was somewhat rude over the phone.

Called 1 hour before coming.  Arrived when they said they would, and had the job done within a couple of hours.  We had moved the pool table to replace the carpet and one leg block split, but was still attached to the pool table.  They were able to glue the block back together and move the table back to where it was. Table looks great!

Service was very professional and they knew what they are doing. They called in advance to confirm the appointment and the appointment time window. They also called 30 minutes prior to the appt to let me know they were close by. They did the the repairs and provided some basic education on the care and maintenance of the table. Would use them again.

Keith assembled my 100+ year old pool table.  It was a large and very heavy table that has been in the family since the 60's.  The table has some cosmetic issues and was in storage for 10 years.  Keith handled my table carefully and thoughtfully.  Someday I want to restore the table, but for now I want to use it until I can afford a proper restoration.  Knowing my long term goals, Keith saved me some money by being able to reuse the felt.  It came out looking really good and you cannot even tell that the felt was reused!  The location we picked for the table was tricky because the table sits over two concrete slabs that slant in two different directions (one slants down and the other slants to the side).   He took the time to get the table perfectly level, which was very tricky given the location. 
I'm the type of person that thinks everything is expense, but I felt like I received a good value for  the work that was done.  The total cost was $450, but that included assembly, a 9' fitted cover and replacement of missing parts.  The pool table assembly was $325, reassemble broken pieces cost $25, missing parts cost $55 and pool cover was $45.  Keith claimed that he sold the parts and cover to me at cost, so I researched the prices he charged.  After researching the prices online, I learned that he  indeed told the truth and charged me at cost or something very close to at cost.  I thought $325 was steep for assembly, but after watching Keith and his assistant put it together I was glad that I did not attempt it on my own.  There is an art to putting together an antique table and unique features that I do not think I would have been able to replicate by watching a youtube video.  For example, wax is typically used to fill in the cracks between the slates, but Keith used another filler because the table was going to be subject to the extreme Arizona temperatures.
Keith was thoughtful about every aspect of the job.  Because it was an antique table, Keith came out and inspected the table before bidding the job and so he could reduce the number of unknowns.  The amount he quoted is exactly what he charged.  There wasn't any up selling or getting into the job and say "oh, you'll need this or that", which is my biggest pet peeve.  Before the job started, Keith told me about the sort of issues that can arise with an antique table but that there wasn't anyway to tell until he started putting it together.  Thankfully, I did not have any of those issues.  Keith came when he said he would come and cleaned up after himself when the job was done.  I would definitely hire him again!

I called to re-felt a table that we moved recently. The original quote was for just felling the table but I didn't get enough time to finish assembling the table prior to his arrival. He gladly finished the assembly, leveled the table and pelted it. Looks great and did an amazing job with no hassles.

Very skilled and professional.  They did a great job.  I tore down the table when I moved but glad I didn't have to put it back together; they knew how to do it right.

They were nice guys who did a good job. They disassembled the table at our house and moved it. Once they got table to the new location they took about 6 hours to put the new felt on and reassemble it.

They did an excellent job. They are very organized and timely in responsiveness. Keith set up the appointment and ordered the new covering for the pool table, he walked me through the various pool table coverings available and recommended best color choices to reduce any glare when shooting pool.
Dave called me before the appointment to explain the steps involved with moving the table and re-covering the table. His time estimates were right on!
They took care of the table as if it were their own, and the covering looks great!
I strongly recommend these fellas, and when we need to move the table again, I already know who I will call!

Talked to the owner Keith Rose on the phone about setting up a pool table in my basement. He was very knowledgeable about the product I purchased from a relative. He gave me a quote over the phone which was less expensive than a previous company I called. He said he would send over Dave, and that I will be very pleased with his work. Dave came to the house with a helper and had it set up in about 1 and a half hours. They were very attentive to detail and my 10 year old pool table looks brand new and perfectly level.  Dave took the time to time to explain the process and give tips and pointers for upkeep, cleaning up scratches, taking care of the leather pockets, to recommending the right balls to use. They were very personable and informative. I would definitely recommend them as an A+ business.

The job was PERECT!!!!! From start to finish Keith (the owner) was great. Not only was he the best price I could find, but everything went perfect. Keith arrived on time, assembled and felted the table, and even cleaned up after he was done. Keith was extremely professional and I would reccommend Malibu Billiards to anyone!!!!

Excellent - the owner does the job rather than just hiring a crew. He is meticulous about his work, treating the pool table as if it was his own. This is the second time I hired him. The first time I did not know what I would get, but I was very impressed by his care for the job he does. I didn't even consider anyone else the second time, because of the job he did the first time I hired him.
