This is the fourth time I have used the service and I have found it to be excellent. Three of the four times Joseph has been the cleaner and he goes beyond the call of duty. He makes sure that I am satisfied with every aspect of his work. I am really pleased with Maidbrite and this cleaner in particular and plan to continue using the service.

We have used MaidBrite for home cleaning services for the last two years. We've been very pleased overall. The management team has been incredibly responsive, often answering emails within minutes of me sending a message, and have been willing to work with us on rescheduling or adding in services when needed. We've had a variety of cleaners over the last several months but were especially pleased with Jada and Senni, who recently cleaned our home very thoroughly and with lots of attention to detail. The company has also been transparent about their COVID precautions and have taken extra steps to make sure their cleaners and us customers are happy, healthy, and safe!

I've been using MaidBrite for 3 years now. They're a great local company committed to providing excellent customer service. They've navigated the pandemic well, finding innovative ways to balance the health and wellbeing of their employees and clients with the challenges of staying in business during such a difficult time. Special shout-out to Molly and Josh, my favorite cleaners, for their positive attitudes and conscientious attention to detail. They really seem to take pride in their jobs and leave my home feeling as if they have given it their personal touch.

I have been a customer since 2008 and have been happy with the quality of service and the professionalism of all the employees I have met over the years. When I still lived in my house, Catherine was usually part of the team who came and you couldn't ask for anything better. Now, in a condo and due to covid, Jada comes to clean my home and is excellent. Before I switched days, Senni came. The employees receive excellent training and it shows

Always prompt, professional, and precise. The folks at MaidBrite clearly have their customers in mind. They are thorough and will customize their process, timing, and cleaning products to your desires. While I've had different men and women assigned to my home, literally ALL of them have been courteous, productive, helpful, and hard working. They see dirt that misses my eyes, and I've never had a cleaning that did not satisfy my expectations. I especially enjoyed the smile and sense of humor of one of their employees, Charlene. But if you don't get Charlene, don't worry, all of them seem to be great. You won't go wrong using MaidBrite!

Ashley and Montee were exceptional and efficient. They have performed the cleaning for me three times (every other Friday) so far. It is reassuring to have the same team each time, especially considering the excellent quality of their efforts.

I have been a customer of Maid Brite for residential house cleaning for many years. They are always reliable, prompt, and responsive. I have never experienced a no-show and cleaning is done professionally. Evaluation forms are left after every visit for me to rate the service. Recently, they have been mindful to observe all COVID-19 protocols. Recommended.

My wife and I returned to an amazing clean home that felt like we had just moved in. Everything was bright and shiny and we almost felt bad touching anything because it looked so fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful! From the first deep clean to the regular bi-monthly cleaning they have been great. They have been very careful during this pandemic with masks, gloves and sanitation of cleaning equipment. The owner, Mary Jo, is very accessible for any questions or concerns and responds immediately to me. She follows up on the cleanings and makes sure that I am satisfied, but I have never had to make a complaint. Her employees are the best (Monte, Lexie and Arthur are stellar)! I am so glad I found this company.

We weren't that pleased. They just took a really long time and they didn't do a very good job. They didn't charge more than the deal. They could have lowered the price. They could have done a more thorough job.

Because I purchased the deal for 4 hrs of cleaning I was asked to prioritize the work that needed to be done. They showed up on time and went over the list of priorities. They decided who would work on which rooms and got right to work. They cleaned both bathrooms and the kitchen, cleaned the laminate floors downstairs and started cleaning the blinds. They ran out of time before finishing the blinds.

Maid Brite has been fantastic. I've been using them for the past 8 months. Mary Jo came to my house for the initial estimate and discussed the process. When we talked about what I needed cleaned, I mentioned that I don't use the upstairs of my house much, so they clean the downstairs and master every time they come and do a full house clean every other time which saves me some on the cleaning. It's a wonderful feeling to arrive home to a freshly cleaned house. They are fairly routine in the time that they arrive, and I have had no problems with them missing. I left them a note once to request that they vacuum my master bedroom closet, and they asked me if I wanted that done every week and started adding that to their routine. They take out the trash when they are done, and I've not ever had to call about anything that wasn't in tip top shape.

We have been using Maid Brite this summer. With a new baby and a toddler, we really needed some help with the house. It has been a wonderful experience. Dana came to the house, listened to our concerns, and drew up a very workable schedule for us. Our cleaners have been fantastic. They obviously take great care and pride in their work. I am also so grateful that they watch out for our two indoor cats.
I highly recommend Maid Brite.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and was happy with it. Although I it was a little strange having people clean your house while you're in it but it couldn't be helped.o 
Received phone call promptly to schedule and Dana was very helpful in explaining what the service entailed. She answered my questions well and left me excited to have the work done. 
The only reason I gave them a B for professionalism is that there was a lot of slamming and noise upstairs when my 7 month old was sleeping in an adjacent bedroom; however, I did not have a problem with them using a vacuum. Luckily, baby kept sleeping.
Glo (Gloria) was extremely friendly and thorough in her work - so much so, she reminded of me of how my mother comes through and tidies up my place (that is a huge compliment to Glo). There was another person, an older gentleman, who was friendly enough; I didn't see any fault with his work. I would be interested in having Glo return.
They were running short on time but finished their current task anyway, which was appreciated.
Recommendation (they also had said this): make a list and provide it to them so they're clear about their tasks; that way, they will give you what you're expecting.
Be nice and provide some refreshments for them when they arrive, too. (That is my personal recommendation and does not represent the opinion of Maid Brite)

This was the first time I have used Maid Brite.  It was a wonderful experience!  Dana worked with me to schedule exactly when I needed the cleaning, even though it was the day after Memorial Day.  He made several calls to confirm details and let me know exactly what would be happening.
His crew showed up as scheduled.  The ladies did just what I asked and needed to have done.  They were very thorough, professional, and friendly.  I really appreciated what they did to help me prepare for my guests.  I am totally satisfied, I highly recommend Maid Brite, and I will use them again.

She had 4 people at my house for 2 whole days giving me their Top to Bottom cleaning.  I felt like I had a whole new house after they left!  Her & her staff are so sweet & considerate.  They found every nook & cranny in my house!  I will now have them comeevery 2 weeks for their Maintenance cleaning for my 7,000 sq ft house ($265).  Would highly recommend them to anyone!

It went pretty well. The appointment was easy to make. The cleaning staff was good. The deal was for what they call the top down deluxe cleaning but I would say they did more of a maintenance cleaning so I wish it was a little bit more thorough. They were there for quite a while. It was a lot of work. It didn't look like the deal was discounted at all. It looked like basically like a pre-payment. They spent about four hours and 40 minutes total with two people. It wasn't quite what I expected.

They were on time and did a good job!  I would highly recommend their services to others.
