The same team has come to me for years. They know my house well and do what I request. Some things like bathrooms and kitchen do not vary, and they do what I request for the rest of the house.

Thorough and excellent cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming floors, wet mopping of tile floors, cleaning all sinks, countertops, tub and shower area, toilet, etc. In addition to the usual cleaning, they will add additional items when specifically requested, such as cleaning the interior of the refrigerator or washing down cabinet fronts, for example.
I have been receiving services from Maid's Perfect for 7-8 years and have been extremely satisfied with results during that time. In that period, I can only recall two occasions that they were not able to work at the usual time due to extremely bad weather and illness...that's about a 99% rate! Even then they were quick to call and reschedule a convenient time. I will continue to use the services of Maid's Perfect and would recommend them without hesitation to other Angie's List members.
