Concrete Repair
They told us all of the work would be done in two weeks. They started in April '08 and it is now September and they aren't done and won't come back and finish the job. We call and leave voicemails, but they've stopped calling us back. We did our own landscaping and they damaged the plants so badly I don't know if they will come back. They left tools and a wheelbarrow here. We paid him half in the beginning, and paid him the rest before the cement work was started. To date, he has been paid in full.
