concrete repair
+ -1 moreThey told us all of the work would be done in two weeks. They started in April '08 and it is now September and they aren't done and won't come back and finish the job. We call and leave voicemails, but they've stopped calling us back. We did our own landscaping and they damaged the plants so badly I don't know if they will come back. They left tools and a wheelbarrow here. We paid him half in the beginning, and paid him the rest before the cement work was started. To date, he has been paid in full.
Description of Work: We hired him to address all the code violations our home had when we bought it from the auction. The building department inspector of Garfield Heights passed Lytle's work when it was started, but the work is not finished. Lytle was supposed to repair or replace all of the concrete which was not up to code on the driveway, the sidewalk, the garage floor, and the patio. They tried to fix the garage floor and the patio, but they did a crummy job. When they tried to break up the patio, they caused cracks in the foundation of the basement. They said they would fix the cracks in the basement, but they haven't. They were supposed to clean the siding and paint the and they did that. The were supposed to fix the handrails and ceiling on the porch, and they did that.
