Lucky's Service Center

I ordered tires from TIreRack.com since no dealers in the area carried the Hankook Optimos I wanted. Lucky's had me ship the tires directly to them, and they called me when they were delivered. When I left with my car, I noticed a loud clattering as I drove away, so I returned immediately, and they put my car up, found that a loose piece of metal from the brake shield was making the noise - even though it was the end of the day, they removed the loose piece and fixed the problem. Great service and really friendly people!

Lucky's diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate very quickly. Despite the challenges my older car provides, the work was done well and promptly. They brought a few other problem areas to my attention, but without any pressure, and they were extremely helpful in explaining and prioritizing these jobs for me, telling me which were unsafe and needed to be done soon, and which could wait and for how long. They are straight-shooters, and do quality work at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend Lucky's!

I had an estimate from my tire vendor for $350 for the brake job, but I went to Debbie and Junior for a better price, and they came through. Work was performed the next day...in time for my trip to the lake. I waited while my car was repaired. I have used this service several times, including appraisal of a used car I was buying. They are very professional and responsive. I have recommended this company to coworkers as well. Previously, I had gone to the dealership for a second opinion on a major engine repair to my car. They gave me the exact same diagnosis that Junior gave me, but they were charging $350 more for the repair. So I had the major repair done at Lucky's. It's been 6 months, and the engine is running great.

Their workmanship is always excellent. They are very competitive when it comes to price. They are basically good people.

The repair shop was ready for me when I arrived and took my car in almost right away. I had made an appt. and explained I'd be on my way to work and couldn't wait a long time. The work was finished in 40 minutes. Debbie explained everything in detail and alerted me to a problem the mechanic had found which needed to be fixed in the next week or so. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time at an auto repair shop. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

LUCKY'S HAS PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE IN THE DOZENS OF TIMES WE'VE USED THEM OVER THE YEARS. THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE HAS INCLUDED BEING PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. THEY HAVE DONE ALL TYPES OF SERVICE ON OUR VEHICLES, PRIMARILY THE ENGINES BUT ALSO INCLUDING BRAKES, WHEEL BEARINGS, LUBRICATION, TIRES AND AIR-CONDITIONING TOO. THEY HAVE REFERRED US TO QUALITY PROVIDERS WHENEVER WE'VE NEEDED WORK THAT THEY DON'T DO, LIKE BODYWORK. SOME OF THE THINGS WE APPRECIATE MOST ARE THINGS THEY DON'T DO. THEY DON'T GET OIL ON THE HOOD OR OIL AND DIRT AROUND THE DRIVER'S SEAT. WHEN WE PICK-UP THE VEHICLE, THE RADIO ISN'T BLASTING A RADIO STATION WE DON'T RECOGNIZE. AFTER THE SERVICE, THE ODOMETER DOESN'T READ MORE MILES THAN WE WOULD PUT ON IN SEVERAL DAYS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO HAVE THEIR WORK REDONE EITHER BY THEM OR SOMEONE ELSE. THEY HAVE KEPT OUR VEHICLES RUNNING AS THE MILES HAVE ADDED UP TO WELL OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ON AT LEAST TWO OF THE THREE THEY HAVE SERVICED.

THEY ARE GOOD FOLKS WHO WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP.

OIL CHANGE AND FOUND A PART FOR THE RADIO REPLACEMENT. GOOD JOB. HONEST POPLE.
