Called on Saturday and set up an appointment for Wednesday. I set a time and was given a 1-hour window. He showed up right in the middle of that window, and was done half an hour later. 4 cylinders and 5 keys.

Excellent and efficient.

The work was completed quickly. However, I encountered problems with the lick cylinder. When I took it back to them they explained that a part was broken (nothing they had done) and how I could reassemble the lock to enable us to continue using the lock. Their advice was spot on and the lock is working.

I thought they did a good job and would use them again in the future.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the appropriate amount of time with me to answer all my security questions. We have had them out since then for other projects and I would use them again.

I called to have two locks re-keyed. Bob arrived very quickly within the hour and re-keyed the locks. We also have an old front door and the knob and lock did not work and he suggested that he could fix the door with a converter kit and a new knob and plate. I had him put in new parts for the front door also. Fixing the old door took awhile because the wood had to be chiseled back so the openings could be big enough for the new knob and strike plate. He was meticulous with fixing the door and chiseling back the wood. He made sure he cleaned up afterwards. I was very satisfied with his work and recommend him.

I Called them in the morning, they came out the same day. The woman who changed my lock was very professional, friendly, and efficient.

Bob called 20 minutes before scheduled appointment time to inform me he would be on time.We are very happy with the excellent results.This is the second time we have used this company.He worked quickly and thoroughly.

Positives: The person on the phone was very courteous when taking my information and providing a timeframe when I could expect the locksmith. The job was completed and we can use both doors/locks now. Negatives: *None of the wood chip/shavings/sawdust from installing the locks was cleaned. The locksmith just left all of the mess - actually walked through it all to leave. The deadbolts are functional, but seem cheaply made considering that lock+installation cost us $90 a piece. *One of our issues was that one door frame shifts with the weather. I have needed to move the catch to different positions depending on the temperature. I asked if she could resolve that issue by installing a catch long enough to handle the shifting. She seemed to feel that the door frame shift wasn't her issue. As long as the locks worked now, her job was done. Bottom line: $304 got the job done, but paid for cheap locks and a mess (and possibly a repeat of our door frame issue in the spring). I chose this company because of the other positive reviews and it's proximity to my house. I would not hire them again.

I had broken off a key in my back door deadbolt lock set. I called and they were able to come at a time that worked out perfectly for me. The locksmith was able to quickly get my door open. I had a new lock set which he installed quickly and efficiently! I asked if he had time to remove and install another lock set; he had time, how fortunate for me.

Our front door lock is difficult to open during the cold weather season. The locksmith knew exactly what was wrong and promptly corrected the problem.

They did a great job. The reason I am writing now is that I just called and asked if I needed to have "bump lock" proof locks installed and they told me no. They could have made more money but they were honest and told me the truth. I respect that.

They came right away and had the job done within an hour.

Chad arrived about 30 minutes after his expected arrival time. He checked out the locks, answered our questions, was professional and courteous. We inquired about changing the whole cylinder on one of the locks, but he alerted us that the finish of the new cylinder would not match the existing hardware, so we decided against it. We were glad to have been given the informed choice ahead of time. The entire process took about 1.5 hours.

The truck arrived about a half hour after they said they would show up, but upon arrival he went straight to work and finished very quickly. He was courteous, professional, and did a great job for a fair price. That works for me!

They were very prompt, polite, and even helped out my neighbor. He cleaned up after himself and respected my home. I would definitely hire him again.

NO ONE LIKES TO BE LOCKED OUT, BUT LORAIN-TRISKETT GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. IT WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR THE MONEY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND.
