My oven was leaking gas. I called Eugene - he had done a previous repair - and he came out right away. He diagnosed the problem and was able to turn off the gas to the oven but left gas on to the stovetop so we could cook. He knows his way around appliances and is reasonable - plus he's a nice guy. Highly recommend.

The refrigerator/freezer is only three years old and it started to leak water on the kitchen floor recently. Sadly, the freezer was also causing freezer burn and a solid piece of ice had formed on the bottom of the freezer. Thanks to a friends recommendation, we connected with Eugene at Lorain Furniture and Appliance. My call was returned promptly and I explained the problem. Immediately a date and time was set for him to come out and repair the appliance. Within the hour he completely defrosted and repaired multiple issues with the freezer. We also had the same problem with another refrigerator/freezer and he was able to repair that as well. I have am so pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, reasonable price, and willingness to check the other fridge while he was here. I feel great knowing that if I need any service repair done on my appliances, he will be my only call.

Eugene fixed my dryer in about ten minutes. Part and labor cost $50. Other companies will charge you $75 the second they step in the door.

I love him he is wonderful. I use him 4 times a year. I have been using him for year. He is honest, reliable and is very good on price. He is probably the cheapest around. Just a kind considerate professional person. I like him so much. I felt extremely comfortable to let him in my house and he is just a very nice person. He can't cheat you, straight shooter.
