no showed 3 times in a row without calling. the owner gave an estimate. the cost doubled after only completing half the job. we had to tell him to stop. he said it was only a "guesstimate" so he wasn't responsible for his errors in his quote.. i had to get materials he didn't have, and give him a paint brush. he tried to bill me for his lunch break when he left the house for over a half an hour. the worst contractor anyone can imagine. the windows still leak that he caulked.

They did an excellent job. I was very happy with their service and they are very cost effective. I will use them in the future.
