Asphalt Driveway Service
Poorly. Seller provided Lipton's bid for concrete driveway. After starting work, the required permit was not obtained until Lipton was questioned. Lipton had removed the old concrete, but the permit was to "replace asphalt driveway with asphalt." Large area of asphalt was paved under two inches thick.
