Everything went well. It was especially great to get an abundance of ideas, suggestions, resources, etc. from Leslie to help with making decisions. Also, she provided ideas on how to approach the projects. Very user-friendly written report and offer to be of further assistance.

Leslie Scott designed a beautiful front yard and walkway for us, and recommended an excellent company to purchase the plants and handle the stonework and planting. She is pleasant and easy to work with. She does charge for the initial consultation, and perhaps doesn't make that clear (a prior commenter was surprised at her bill). That is a drawback and you should be very definite about asking about any charges ahead of time. She does have a tendency to produce a bill for services without explaining her fee in advance. But her design work is very efficient: She works with photos and general drawings so you don't pay for a lot of drafting work; every minute is productive. And her sense of design is wonderful. This evaluation is written a year after the work was done and it looks even better now than it did when first completed.

SHE HAS DONE SO MUCH. SHE SENT HER TO SEE SOME OF HER WORK AROUND THE NEIGBORHOOD ON THE EAST SIDE. SHE SAID SHE GOT A LOT FOR HER MONEY.

CAME OUT TO TALK ABOUT DOING SOME WORK AND NEVER MENTIONED AN ESTIMATE CHARGE. THEN I GOT A BILL FOR A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT I WASN'T EXPECTING.
