I have tried factory service and others with little satisfaction. Found Ron and this company on the internet. Ron provided a realistic assessment of what to expect from an old hot tub, fixed our major leak and I haven't needed him for well over a year but will definitely call him again if the occasion arises.

Came out under warranty claim from raypak. Replaced a roll out switch which took about 10 minutes. He was very unprofessional during his repair visit. He never offered any information on why happened or how to prevent it. As the "professional" he should have advised his customer accordingly. He then had me pay for the service even though it was to be a warranty repair. He told me I would get reimbursed from the company. I called for several months to inquire about my reimbursement. He never answered the phone or returned my calls after I left messages. It has now been a year and I have no money from my warranty claim. I paid $170 for a $35 part that we could have installed on our own. Not to mention the heater was only 4 months old. Shame on you Ron for deceiving your customers!!!!!

I can't say enough about how great it is to work with this company. We bought our hot tub from them more than 15 years ago and they did the installation at that time. They did a fantastic job and took care of every detail of the installation. They are prompt, friendly and very quick to respond whenever we called to have the hot tub serviced. Leisure Unlimited provides a quality product and excellent service.

They came in to investigate the problem and ordered the broken parts and called us to come in once the parts came in. They did a good job and fixed the problem right away. They also cleaned up after themselves.
