First, the firm does not communicate with their customers. Not once during the project did they initiate a call to me to let me know their plans or schedules. They would just show up or not. I would have to leave two or three voice mail messages to get a response. The interior plaster work was done first, and they did a good job on it, though they were slow to get started. A week after finishing the interior, they arrived and erected scaffolding where they were to repair the chimney, then they left, and I did not see them again for a full month. When they returned again, the first thing they did was take down the scaffolding! A week after the scaffolding went up, a dumpster arrived. From time to time in the following three weeks before they actually came and started the exterior stucco work, they would stop by and drop off construction debris (from other jobs) and their personal food trash in the dumpster. When they finally began working, they made serious mistakes that suggest they are not skilled at exterior stucco work, instead of straight, plumb walls, they created concave surfaces you could see with the naked eye they plastered up and over the sandstone caps at the tops of the walls their repair of the doorway was crooked, the walls slanted in by 5-6 inches instead of being plumb. And they failed to use any drop cloths to protect the driveway or the sandstone sidewalks where they were working, leaving large stained areas to be cleaned. In one corner of a flat roof they tore away the rubber roofing membrane, and left it exposed to rainstorms, allowing water damage to the interior. With one piece of the project to complete (the chimney) they left to start someone else's job, leaving their equipment and scaffolding scattered about the driveway. Eventually I picked it all up myself so that I didn't have to back the car all the way to the street. I called repeatedly to get them to come pick it up. They still have not returned to clean up the damage done to the drive and sidewalks, as specified in their contracts. And they forgot to repair one of the damaged areas. While I think the wall repairs are solid, all other aspects of their work were sub-standard. Based on the results of their work here, I would urge anyone considering using their services to find another contractor, regardless of the cost.

FIRST OF ALL, THEY DIDN'T BRING DROP CLOTHS. THEY HAD ONLY ONE CLOTH THAT THEY PUT OVER THE STOVE. THEN THEY STOOD ON THE STOVE AND THE DROP CLOTH WASN'T PUT ON RIGHT BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH PLASTER STILL ON THE STOVE. I KEEP TRYING TO CLEAN, AND PLASTER KEEPS FALLING OUT ALL OVER THE PLACE. I AM FURIOUS! THEY SAID THEY LEFT SOME OF THEIR THINGS AT THE COURTHOUSE, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE WAITED TO COME UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS AVAILABLE. MY WHITE CUPBOARDS ARE ALL COVERED WITH PLASTER. IT IS JUST A MESS. I ASKED THEM TO PLEASE USE MY LADDER, AND THEY WOULDN'T. MY KITCHEN FLOOR IS RUINED.

THEY DID THE JOB EFFICIENTLY & WERE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. WE ARE PRETTY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. EVEN IF THEY HAD ANOTHER JOB GOING, THEY ALWAYS CAME BACK TO TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THIS MAN IS A MASTER AT WHAT HE DOES.
