LAURA'S PIANO SERVICE

I asked Laura to come to a piano sale with me to provide feedback on several pianos I was considering. She spent an hour with me going over each one and giving me detailed advice on the quality of each instrument and what repairs might be needed. After I bought one of them, she came to repair and tune it. I was impressed with her candor and knowledge.

Did a fine job. One or two keys didn't seem to be quite in tune which I discovered thru playing. It took several phone calls to get ahold of her to schedule a time. I prob. wouldn't hire her again mainly because I found another tuner who I feel does a better job.

LAURA WAS PERSISTENT WHILE WE PLAYED PHONE TAG. ALTHOUGH I HAD ORIGINALLY CALLED FOR A TUNING, SHE SUGGESTED AN EVALUATION (A LOWER PRICED SERVICE) WHICH WAS MORE WHAT I REALLY WANTED.

VERY PROMPT TO RETURN CALL. CAME NEXT DAY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. EVALUATED OUR PIANO FOR PROBLEMS OTHER THAN TUNING SUCH AS HAMMER ACTION, CONDITION, ETC. VERY THOROUGH. RAN THROUGH THE KEYBOARD TWICE SINCE IT WAS SO OUT OF TUNE. WILL SEND REMINDER FOR NEXT TUNING IN SPRING. SHE WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY THE MUSIC DIRECTOR AT OUR CHURCH. SHE DOES THEIR PIANOS I BELIEVE. LAURA WAS VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HER WORK AND WILL DEFINITELY USE HER AGAIN. IT'S GREAT TO FINALLY HAVE OUR PIANO BACK IN TUNE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAURA.
