They were wonderful.  I'm really satisfied with them.

Larmco Windows came out to my house and gave me an estimate.  The sales representative was very informative and professional,  He did not try to talk me into something I did not need.  I told him what I was looking for after getting several quotes from other companies,  He understood and worked with me,  The installers came out and completed the entire job in one day. They were efficient and very clean.  The windows have already saved me money compared to my electric bill from last year and the windows look great.  Larmco should be your first choice when replacing windows.

To start the Sales Rep was very professional. He went into detail describing their product. He went over all the details of the Lifetime Limited Warranty, which by the way is amazing. We had no intentions of purchasing the windows at that time, but the quality, warranty and price were so good we couldn't pass them up.
Larmco worked their installation around our schedule. The installers were right on time. They were very efficient, polite and professional. They even posed for a picture. They cleaned every thing up before they left and asked if every thing was to our satisfaction and could they do anything else for us.
six months after we purchased our windows we had one that was getting condensation on the inside. We contacted Larmco and once again they worked around our schedule. They came out with a new window and replaced it at  no cost to us.
This is one very professional company that does quality work, backs their warranty and is A1 in my opinion for customer service.
I would highly recommend to any friends and family looking for windows to purchase them from Larmco.

They're easy to work with because of the personality of the salesman and the fact that they got it done in good time, it didn't take a long time and they did a tremendous job.

On the recommendation of a friend who had Larmco install new windows we contacted them as well as 2 other contractors to give us a quote for siding and  gutters.  When the salesperson contacted us he insisted that both my husband and I be present when he came out.  He came out one evening and gave us his sales pitch and we were impressed by the quality of the materials and the company- then he gives us the price - one price if we signed on the spot and two other figures which went up the longer we took to decide.  This was the first estimate we had received so of course we did not sign.  We eventually received two other quotes - both less than Larmco.Then one day we received a call from the "production" dept  of Larmco offering to come out and re-quote the job.  We agreed and the price dropped to where it was equivalent to the other bids.  We did sign a contract with Larmco.  I have to say the work was done professionally and we were happy with the job.  Then came the extremely cold winter.  Around the middle of February when things began to thaw we began to get a leak in the family room ceiling.  We called Larmco to come out to check the leak.  He could not find any problem so we call a roofing contractor.  No one could pinpoint the leak so we replaced the roof at a cost of $9000.00.  When the old roof was torn off there was indication of any problem that could be  causing the leak.  The roofers did however point to an area of siding that had water built up behind it.  I again called Larmco and that is where they showed their true colors.  I was told that is they sent someone out they would charge me $75.00.  I told him I just needed to get to the bottom of this.  He sent the installer out who ended up drilling holes in the suspect siding so the water would drain out.  The next morning I received a call from Nick the installation manager.  He immediately  started yelling at me asking "Am I billing your roofing compay for the $75.00".  He then started criticizing the roofers we had and stated that the installer had taken pictures to protect themselves (anticipating a lawsuit maybe).  In tears I eventually had to hang up on him. He then called my husband's cell phone interrupting him in a meeting to continue his rant.  He told my husband that I was a "Hothead" and that that point my husband asked for his supervisors name and phone number.  We were both in total disbelieve of the way we were treated.  Larmco has one side until they get your money and another after.  Since we have not had a heavy rain we do not know if the leak is fixed.  We do know however that even if it is not we will never let anyone from Larmco on our property again.  Buyer BEWARE

The installation went fine but getting the warranty transferred to the new owner has been less than desirable. 
We signed the warranty transfer document and gave it to the new owners. The new owners supposedly mailed it to Larmco but it somehow got lost either in the mail or at Larmco. I've called three times only to be told that the warranty can't be honored if the original paperwork cannot be located. The Administrator/Receptionist said she would talk to management and have someone call me. It's been 4 days now and I haven't received a call from anyone at Larmco.

I have used this company in the past - this time as usual I am very pleased with the quality of the work.  Replacement windows are costly, but well worth the expense.  Larmco schedules efficiently and the workmen are great.

The experience was good. The price was good compared to every body else.

We had windows installed and my experience was satisfactory.

It had some pluses and minuses through the whole process.
1.  They do a hard sell.  so if you are getting estimates get them from this group last, as they offer extra incentives but they are only valid at the time they are sitting with you.
2.  They scheduled 1.5 hrs for the presentation, however it took closer to 3.  The information provided was helpful and the demo on the quaility and different types of product was very good.
3.  Had some issues with the actutal order.  We had 12 windows plus a picture window replaced.  They initially order the incorrect picture window the first time.  But they did correct the order and made arrangements to come back to install.
4.  Had multiple attempts to get the correct screen for 6 of the windows.  They were suppose to be locking and only 6 windows had the correct screens.  In the end I had to install the correct screens.  Not difficult once one of the staff talked me through the process.
5.  The quality of the windows is awesome.  Huge difference in the temperature in the house after they were in.  The finishing matched our existing trim almost exactly.
6.  The crew that installed were excellent.  They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up when they were done.  They did a great job on the outside of the house in making sure everything matched.
Overall we are very satisified with the qaulity of the windows, installation and the installation crew.

We chose this provider due to their reasonable price and willingness to negotiate. The total price was considerably less than similar doors priced elsewhere.  Installation was later than scheduled, but did occur on the day planned. Communication was not great, but it was adequate. Doors took several hours to install, as expected. Workers were tidy and neat and polite. After the installation, we noticed that there was a small gap where light was coming in. After a call, it was checked out and we were given a strip to apply. This worked for awhile, but there is once again a small gap and they need to come and check it out again.
The doors look beautiful and we have gotten lots of compliments on them. I would recommend this company, especially if the issue with the gap is finally resolved. I expect it to be, as they have been responsive in the past.

I can't say enough good things about this company!  In 1998 I originally worked with them to have new windows installed in the house I'd recently purchased.  Now I was gathering estimates for siding and since the work would also include removal of a Larmco window, the area enlarged and a new window installed, I decided I should check with Larmco for the window.  To my delight I was told that they also do siding, gutters, etc., so although I thought I'd made a decision, I had Larmco come to give me an estimate on the entire job.
Larmco came in about mid-way of the 3 estimates I'd obtained.  Because of the good service with the windows, I elected to go with them.  I was told the window would be first and then the siding.  Window got scheduled for Friday 4/11 and because I'd be out of town, it was anticipated that the siding would begin on 4/20.  All this was within 30 days of my original contact so I was pleased.  Imagine my delight when I got a call that the siding arrived early and could they start on the 7th instead?  By the 11th when the man arrived with the window and door, the siding was done except where the window was going.
The crew of Jerry, Al and Steve were great -- polite, considerate, they cleaned up thoroughly after ever days work, and everything went relatively smoothly.  They went above and beyond for me -- I've been recuperating from a bad car accident and use a cane and they would offer to help in anyway they could.  Jerry requested the downspouts to match the siding color which was an unexpected surprise (he said he thought I'd like it) and a pretty molding around the front door.  They put back the lights, awnings, mailboxes, etc. 
They come in a little expensive, but the product and crews are truly worth every cent.  Even the finance company is special and considerate.  The crew is more than just guys that can do siding -- they are TRUE craftsman and I cannot recommend this company more.  
They get an A+ from me!

Everything went well.  The gentlemen who did the work were very friendly and courteous, did a quality job, and provided a helpful demonstration on how to use the new windows.  The price was good as well.

It was a good experience.  Larmco used high-quality products, did a great job with the installation, and charged a reasonable fee.  Furthermore, the crew was very punctual, worked efficiently, and demonstrated how to operate as well as care for the windows.  The company even offered a lifetime guarantee and will address any issues for free.

I was really pleased with the service.  They did a good job with the installation, had reasonable prices, and didn't leave any messes.  The installers were friendly and professional, too.  I also liked that they manufacture the windows and doors themselves, offer a lifetime guarantee, and will come out every 5 years or so to update the caulking and screens.
