I would not use them again.

I had asked them to do a few specific things before I left, but they didn't do as good of a job as I would have hoped. They could've been more efficient during their time at my home.

I had a terrific experience with these guys, Angie's List does it again. My wife and I had a baby the same week they came out and we had a bris coming up so we needed help getting the yard in shape. I purchased 5 hours for $250 through a deal on AL and was hoping that would be enough. I had about 5 years of overgrown everything hugging every wall, crevice and crack of my home and yard. I laid out vague instructions to clean up the jungle I had been slowly developing. I came back out around hour 3 to check up on it and was pleased to see Dave, the provider, had sculpted somewhat of a paradise of botany out of what I thought were pretty hideous bushes and shrubs. All of my bushes were rectangular cubes, I anticipated to see smaller, neater rectangular cubes when he was done.... but no, not Dave. Dave did not strive for providing the basic minimum that would satisfy my instructions, he invoked his passion as a lawn-care artistan. To my amazement, I now saw bushes as canopies and well-planned accents contrasting the solid execution of the primary flora populace. I just needed to be able to get from my car to my house without scraping my body accross throny branches, but now I want to bathe in the extricate landscape he bestowed upon my formerly humble abode.
Keeping things a bit less dramatic, he followed his work through to nearly all places I pointed out and my mind is at ease, for at least a year or two now. I definitely want to have them back in the future. I will mention that actually getting Dave out there took some time and communication lagged a few times but these guys would always get back to me in a few days and that was good enough. I'm sure I prolly took that long to get back to them too. Great job!

I am in the process of selling my building and had 75 realtor for an open house and asked the guys to super spruce up the place.
They did and AMAZING JOB! I am so pleased.
Plus I know they will take care of us!

Nice job. Polite and timely.

Very well.  Two great workers arrived and we worked through my list of landscaping chores, deciding what was possible for one days work as well as what the soil was ready for.

It was average.  I have expected a little more than what I got but it was good.  The clean up was fine but unfortunately I wanted my lawn edge and they don't have the equipment to do it.  They said that I should have informed them before they came out so that they have the equipment to edge my lawn.  They did a pretty serious job and they were professional.

It was fine. They came out probably within a couple of weeks. It was the first time I used them. Nothing really stood out to me. It was just a regular service.

The service went well and they did a good job. They did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out. He was punctual and did what they promised. My husband primarily dealt with the technician and he was pleased. We had no problem scheduling the deal.

The service was not real good.  They had a special.  It was a rental property and I wasn’t there to see what they did.  They informed about the special and once they got there, they called me and informed me that there would be an additional fee to haul off the brush.  It was like $100 more.  He never did charge me the additional amount.  I don’t even know what they did.  I couldn’t tell that they did anything when I went up to the property.  So, it was not good.  I ended up hiring somebody else to come in and do what needed to be done.  I will never deal with them again.  They were good at responding.  They came when I wanted them to.

We asked for the cost to get rid of a lot of creeping charley in our back and front yards and they gave us a reasonable cost. They came out at the beginning of October and again in December. Most of the creeping charley is dead or dying.

Had a little trouble arranging the service as they needed access to the whole yard and scheduling was a little difficult as we both work afternoons so I had to leave the back gate open and provider had to return to finish the back yard. Good job on the aeration but think they could have put more seed down.
