+ -1 moreWE HAVE ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT FOR SERVICE FROM KOLENZ. HOWEVER, I FELT THAT ON AN OUT OF SERVICE CALL, WE WOULD GET BETTER SERVICE. NOT TRUE. HE NEVER EVEN CHECKED HIS ANSWERING SERVICE ALL WEEKEND.
Description of Work: WE LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE ANSWERING SERVICE AT 8:00 AM SATURDAY MORNING BECAUSE OUR FURNACE WOULD NOT COME ON AT ALL AS OF MONDAY AT 3:30 PM, STILL WAITING FOR A CALLBACK FROM HIM.
