These guys are awesome. They just replaced my furnace, installed expanding foam insulation, and did blown-in insulation on my house. Workmanship is exceptional.They were friendly, pleasant, courteous, thoughtful, and were extremely careful about cleaning up and not leaving a mess. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I can not say enough about this company. From scheduling to completion I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Steve R. was exceptional with his communication, always keeping me updated and educated on what him and his crew were doing and with a time frame for each step. They were here when they said they'd be and were consistent with working here everyday for a week straight. They were trustworthy and friendly with my animals, which I truly appreciated. They also cleaned up everyday before they left the job. I highly recommend this company! I'm confident we will be alot warmer here come winter and cooler come summer, they were very thorough. A pleasure doing business with Kilroy Insulation. Mr Kilroy answered all of our questions when we met. His staff of Steve, Todd & Alex did everything that was contracted in a timely & professional manner. Kilroy Insulation was the only company that talked about a rebate program from our natural gas supplier. Very knowledgeable & experienced.

The insulation project, as originally quoted by the owner of Kilroy Insulation WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY, and as a result INSULATION INFILTRATED INTO THE SUNROOM LIVING SPACE AND ADJACENT AREAS OF MY HOME IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE WORK WAS PERFORMED, EVEN THOUGH THE KILROY INSULATION INSTALLERS AND MR. KILROY ASSURED US WE WERE FINE TO USE THE ROOM AND PUT BACK OUR FURNISHINGS. WE NOTIFIED MR. KILROY OF THE INFILTRATION IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE BECAME AWARE OF THE PROBLEM WHICH WAS LATER THAT DAY AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. I PLEAD WITH HIM TO HELP US. THEY CAME OUT ONCE TO HEPA VAC THE SUNROOM, BUT IT WAS NOT ENOUGH. WE CONTACTED HIM NUMEROUS TIMES AFTER THE INITIAL INSTALLATION TO LET HIM KNOW THAT THERE WAS STILL AN ISSUE. BILL KILROY REFUSED TO HELP US OR TAKE ANY OF OUR CALLS. BILL KILROY AND HIS COMPANY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! AS A RESULT OF HIS UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP US RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, WE HAVE INCURRED MOUNTING ADDITIONAL EXPENSES TO HIRE OTHER PROFESSIONALS TO CLEAN UP "KILROY'S MESS" IN MY HOME THAT HE CREATED BY NOT PERFORMING THE SCOPE OF WORK AS HE TOLD US IT WOULD PERFORMED. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THIS COMPANY MISREPRESENTED THEMSELVES AND PERFORMED SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. BEWARE!

Could not have asked for better service, company workers were prompt and kept me informed of all they were doing. They went above and beyond what I expected of them, if they saw something that needed to be done they took care of it. I recommend this company highly.

They did my insulation for the attic and walls along with putting some vents into the attic. They were in and out in 2.5 days. They were excellent. I wish they did stuff other than just insulation, because I would hire these guys for anything. They kept me in the loop, held true to their schedules, were proactive. They hustled. I did not have any issues with them at all.

I am SO GLAD that I chose KILROY INSULATION for this project. After meeting and receiving estimates from four companies I made the decision to use KILROY INSULATION for this whole house project. My house was built in the 1920's and the only insulation was in an added-on dormer and some attic and basement areas. The owner, Bill Kilroy, met with me and as we walked through the house asked questions and took notes about what he saw, didn't see and would recommend to keep the house warmer in winter and cooler in the summer. He provided me with a folder that allowed me to learn more about what would be involved with the project. Within a day of this meeting I received an estimate for the recommended work; included in the estimate were additional suggestions that I could choose to have done or not. Shortly after making my choice I was contacted for a possible start date. Since this date was not convenient for me another day was decided upon. The work started on Thursday and was completed the following Tuesday. The entire crew, supervised by foreman Steve, worked tirelessly. Everyone on the team knew what to do and when to do it. They arrived at the promised time each morning and worked to get the task done. At the end of each day they cleaned up as much as possible. I appreciate the fact that they were respectful of my requests and property. I have already noticed a difference now that my home is insulated. A 3+ inch snowfall remained on my roof rather than disappearing quickly; kitchen cabinets on an outside wall are much warmer than they were previously. I can't wait to feel the effects in the coming months!

Very well. It's a dirty job but they didn't mess up our finished attic. Resulting insulation was done right and makes a difference in the summer trying to keep attic cool.

We OK'd the job on 9/11 and were told that we would be scheduled for 3-4 weeks out.  We contacted them again on 10/20, concerned that if the job was done in freezing temps the vinyl siding may crack when lifted, which another contractor had warned about.  Kilroy was not worried and said that we would get on the schedule by 11/21.  There was also the added annoyance that any time we contacted them, they seemed unable to figure out who we were or locate our paperwork.  Meanwhile Berry Insulation had offered to price match so we went with them instead, although in the end both companies were ready to begin the week of 11/9.  The personal recommendation of Kilroy by a friend was partly why they were our original choice, but we have no way of knowing what would have happened if we'd been willing to continue waiting for them.

We are so pleased with the quality of work that was done. GoodCents did an assessment of the energy usage in our home. Mr. Kilroy used that information to recommend a detailed plan to correct all of our insulation deficiencies ( home built in 1950). We were given a floor plan of our home with details of what would be done in each space. As work progressed, minor adaptations were made to improve the effectiveness of the insulation. The installers were very efficient professionals. The established timeline happened as promised. Pricing was very fair. One of the best compliments was from the GoodCents BPI Certified Auditor after his post inspection when he indicated to us the outstanding overall quality of the installation. We have no hesitation highly recommending Kilroy Installation (we are very particular when hiring services.).   

They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the work.  They kept me informed each step of the way during the process. The job took a number of hours to complete.  After the work was completed, they cleaned up all areas including vacuuming the floors. 
We immediately felt the difference in our home after the insulation by Kilroy.  A great improvement.  This was our first winter in our new home where we determined that insulation was lacking and we are now looking forward to a warmer home for next winter. 
We would not hesitate to recommend Kilroy to our friends and family.

I requested that the insulation be installed from the inside so I would not have to repair the outside siding in the winter. When they arrive they sat down drop cloths and covered furniture, however there was very little dust and they cleaned everything up when they were done. I was a little worried when they patch the walls with the compoundI had never seen; it was soft or a few days but about a week later it hardened rock tight and I was able to paint right over it! Overall great job!

It turned out fine.  Scheduling was fine.  They were clean and efficient.  Some of the costs were covered by the Good Sense Energy Audit company.   I was very pleased with the work.
