Great! Another realtor referred us to Julie, and she was able to come out the same week. She told us that if we eliminate our clutter, paint, and do a few specific minor repairs, we should be able to sell our home for more than we owe. Since my husband is looking for a job, knowing that we can in fact move out of the Cleveland area is a huge benefit to us. We asked several other realtors on Angie's List to do the same service for us, and heard nothing, given that I told them up front that we might not move (and sell) at all. I'm grateful to Julie for helping us out. We'll turn to her if we decide to sell.
