Very good. Work was done when promised as promised. Appreciate that Jeremy was able to fit our small job into his schedule.

I was pleasantly surprised that the work was not only done in a timely manner, but they were very respectful about keeping the site clean. I expected there to be big piles of dirt, rock, broken cement, etc., as well as seeing big equipment parked in my driveway. In one day, they dug the ditch for water proofing, waterproofed the wall, laid new drain tile and piping, AND removed all materials and equipment! The job took a total of 3 days, and each day when I came home from work, Jeremy explained each step in the process to me, let me inspect the work done as it was in progress, and answered any of my questions. I never once felt uneasy about this purchase, and always felt that Jeremy and his team had my best interests at heart. In the past year I've had a lot of work done to my home, but this was the one transaction I do not regret! Will always call JTI first for future jobs!

Jeremy was polite and professional. He seemed knowledgeable about concrete work. He was flexible about setting up a time to come do the estimate, and kept in communication with us. We would consider him for future concrete jobs.

Jeremy did an excellent job. He had a difficult job in joining to the existing driveway without having standing water and he really took care and I am satisfied with the result. Jeremy is very easy to deal with and is patient in communicating. He did an excellent job of pouring so water would run quickly away from the house which was a big concern of mine. I would certainly have him do future work. I watched the complete job carefully and he had great attention to details which is why the project turned out so well. Other workers (not concrete) who see the area always comment what a nice job he did. Choosing a concrete contractor is difficult I feel, but Jeremy can be relied on for quality work.
