Used this plumber because they were assigned to me from my Dominion Services plan. Came on time. Great plumber, IKE, is competent and friendly.

I did not get this provider from an Angie's List recommendation, they were assigned to me by my Homeowner's Warranty Service insurance policy that came with a new home.  But I am very glad that JPC was the plumbing company they hooked me up with.
They worked with me to make an appointment that would work with my work schedule and with theirs which wasn't easy but they did it giving me the last appointment of the day and when I arrived home early from work, as planned, to meet the technician, he was already waiting for me in the driveway and as pleasant as could be.  He assessed and fixed my plumbing issues quickly and efficiently and even took the time to answer a couple of other plumbing questions for me that were unrelated to the problems he had come to take care of.
I would definitely use JPC again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good experience with a plumbing company.

My toliet was continuously running.  I filed a claim with my home warranty who provided me with the contact information for the agency.  I left a message at 7pm that night not expecting a call back until the next morning.  However, the agency contacted me  2 hours later.  The earliest the toliet could be repaired was 2 days later.  The plumber was on time.  He called to give me an estimate on when he would be there.  He worked quickly and explained to me what he was doing.  He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.  I would recommend this company.

As stated above, it went very very well.  Nothing else to say.

I would not rehire them because of the problem with his cell phone usage. Also the issue with them not repairing the sink. When he was here doing the work he did not have some of the parts in his truck and so I had to go and get parts or do without the parts. They have a very professional office staff.

The guys were on time and great. Unfortunately their video inspection unit was bad. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a new one to arrive. Great communication though and good work by Jim & Jason. I would use them again!

They took a long time to actually do the work because they went from my house to another job back to my house. They did a good job, and they paid by the job and not the hour. They were priced great compared to others. They were very kind and conscious about my walls and surrounding.

It was done in one day and they did good work.

The price was good, and the work they did was professional. It's a father and son business, and they do a great job.
