HE SHOWED UP DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME FRAME AND DID "REPAIR" THE RAILING. HOWEVER, IT LEANS PRECARIOUSLY AND IS NOWHERE NEAR PLUMB. HE IS AN OLDER GENTLEMAN AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, SO I DIDN'T HAVE THE HEART TO ASK HIM TO DO IT OVER. THE ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS FOR $375, WHICH HE UPPED TO $400 ONCE HE COMPLETED THE JOB. HE ACCEPTED MY HELP IN COMPLETING IT, AND LEFT WITH SEVERAL OF THE REMAINING BRICKS. (BRICKS WERE LEFTOVER BECAUSE HE SHORTED THE PATTERN BY A THIRD.) THE MORTAR WORK IS SHODDY, BUT THANKFULLY THE WORK IS NOT ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE.

REPLACED CEMENT BLOCK STEPS THAT WERE IN REALLY BAD CONDITION. HAD TO START FROM SCRATCH, TOTALLY TORE DOWN, BUILT PLATFORM UNDERNEATH & EXTENDED STEPS. JOE WAS NICE, OPEN, FRIENDLY, & CONCIENTIOUS. BIG JOB. WONDERFUL WORK DONE.

REPAIRED A RETAINER WALL FOR MEMBERS SON. REQUIRED BOTH BRICK & CONCRETE WORK. ALSO CUT OUT 2 INCHES OF CONCRETE FROM UNDER GARAGE SO WATER NOW FLOWS OUT NOT INTO GARAGE. EXCELLENT WORK. SON REALLY PLEASED.
