John R. Hoy and Associates, Inc. is a well respected firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Established in 1963, we provide Land Planning, Surveying and Consulting services to Homeowners, School Boards, Churches, Hospitals, Universities, Conservation Groups and other commercial clients in the Northern Ohio area.

Residential property line surveys (A boundary survey as defined by Ohio Law O.A.C. 4733.37 which requires: establishing property lines, home additions or a new garage. The survey can include location of all existing improvements, providing a signed and sealed drawing which shows encroachments across property lines). Site Design surveys required for construction such as a new house, setting pins on corners if they are missing, topography of the land and determination of utilities.
