Called company to ask if they carry my brand of filters. Receptionist took info and called back the next morning to give price quote and say the items were in stock. She suggested I call before coming in to insure that someone would be on hand. We set up time and I made my purchase. Everything moved along quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Plan to use them for yearly furnace checks in future.
