I specialize in residential rental restoration and maintenance. I give senior and military discounts. We do kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. All general repair work down to changing a light fixture. I also manage properties for home owners that have rentals. My rates for all work is the possible lowest you might find. Most of my work I receive over the years have been word of mouth. If someone messes up a job, I m the one to call to remedy the mess up.
