Mr. Parisi was recommended to me by my waterproofer to move our recently installed heat pump away from the house. He had quoted a total of $275.00 to do the work: $125 to move it away from the house and $150 to move it back, with the $125 being paid up front. I was away when he was scheduled to come and mailed him a check for the $125. My waterproofer reported that the heat pump was never moved. When I spoke with Mr Parisi, he said that since the unit was so new and did not use freon he did not have the expertise to move it. He returned my $125 promptly. I called him at the last minute after the arrangements I thought I had made with the heat pump installers turned out not to have been finalized. He was accommodating to my schedule in my rush to get out of town.
Description of Work: I contracted with Mr Parisi to move our heat pump away from the house so we could have waterproofing done. He said he was unable to do the work because the technology was so new and did not use freon, but a different coolant.
