A friend and coworker had given me his name. He called back within a day to my initial inquiry, then called back within a day when I called to say the leaves were down and it would be OK to clean the gutters. I only needed the upper-story gutters done as I am able to reach the first-floor ones on my own. He was willing to do this--which I appreciate, because I'm always looking to save a little money. He was also willing to trim a tree branch that was hitting the house up on the second story. He showed up on the day when he said he would, and took away all debris. I also appreciated that he left a note with his bill detailing exactly what he did and that he didn't need to replace any gutter screens but had secured some that were loose. I like knowing exactly what was done; communication is important in my book. I thought he was efficient and thorough and would like to hire him again next year.
