It went fine at first. Then my wife in passing indicated that I worked for a company that he had a dispute with over real estate. He came back to my house and sabotaged my sprinkler system. He pulled out all four drain valves and didn't come to winterize. It has so far cost me hundreds of dollars to repair his sabotage.
