concrete repair
 + -1 moreHe didn't get the job for two reasons, one of which was really my fault. An emergency had come up and so when he arrived I was in a big hurry and this was the reason that the estimate I got was not detailed enough, although he might have taken the info and mailed me a complete estimate after. The second reason is, this may sound strange, his quote was too low. I couldn't see that he could do the job for for $1000 less that the competition. Could be he could and the competition was too high....I just don't know and had no way to find out. I liked the gentleman and in the future might well give him another try.
Description of Work: Mr. Gozalez drove across town in a snowstorm just to give me an estimate and I say hats off to him for that. The job was to remove an old garage floor and replace it with another concrete floor taking away debris as needed.
