We discussed with the salesperson what we were looking for. He showed us the two lines we were interested in, but they did not have the size in the showroom that we were interested in. The salesperson said he looked at promotions and found there were none that we qualified for. We decided on two Monogram appliances and a Sharp for the microwave. We were not looking to order just yet so he wrote up the appliances on a piece of paper with the price. We are so glad we waited. Clear as day on the Monogram website is a promotion for a free $1500 drawer microwave. We would have gotten taken by ordering that day. Moreover, I don't know how other reviews are raving about price--everything listed was MSRP. Shipping not included.

Recently shopped a new built-in dishwasher at their showroom. Prices were lower than any other appliance store we checked out. Delivery and installation occurred promptly and on the date promised. | |Other info: all of our original appliances for our home came from Interstate. It was our builder who introduced them to us. Since then (17 years ago), we've also bought a replacement built-in microwave, again at the best price we could find at the time. We highly recommend them.

Interstate Kitchen Supply had a good selection and were friendly. I was a little disappointed with the dishwasher because the built in version that I was shown in store was different from the portable I received.

We chose this store because reputation. The sales person Jay was very helpful. He also didn't try to see us more than what we needed. He was very responsive when we have trouble reaching a delivery time.

Interstate Kitchen was the appliance supplier for my builder. I was pleased with their selection and pricing. The showroom had a variety of selections and knowledgeable staff. I went back the Interstate for my refrigerator, washer and dryer because their pricing was very competitive. They have great prices for delivery and installation. The only question remains; where is my ice maker? I'm working through my builder to find out where it is and who fell short on getting that piece of the puzzle delivered.

PLEASE WARN PEOPLE THAT YOU CANNOT WALK INTO THEIR SHOWROOM TO SHOP ON SATURDAY WITHOUT AN APPT. PLEASE CALL FIRST AS PRICES ARE GOOD AND THEY WORK MAINLY FROM BUILDER REFERRALS, SO CUSTOMER WAIT WITHOUT APPT. WOULD BE LONG.
