MEMBER SIGNED CONTRACT TO DO WORK, PAID HIM MONEY UP FRONT. HAS NEVER COME TO START WORK, WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS- CANNOT BE FOUND. MEMBER HAS CONSULTED A LAWYER.
