Terrible. Rent that was paid on the second of the month was not received by me until the following month. This is after repeated calls and emails asking where it was. The first response was that they did not pay. We did a conference call with office manager to find out that it was paid and a check would be issued the next day. This check came 16 days later. So the rent that was paid on time, was not sent out to me for over 30 days. I told them that if I did not have this in the calendar month, then I was not going to use them anymore. They collected a total of 1775 in rent, and gave me one heck for 524 after they said that I had to pay the cancellation fee after they did not do anything but collect 2 checks and send tem over a month late. I was using this company so that I did not have to case down tenants, and it turned out that I was chasing the rent from the management company instead.

Also we are not telemarketers, there is NO WAY, you are referencing the correct business. Well, initially Laura spoke to me via Skype, took all the details. Then was very slow back to respond to emails. Or she did not answer them. And if I asked several questions in my emails, only one would be answered, the rest ignored. Then she said that she would call again by Skype, but didn't do so. Then I called her via Skype and left her 3 messages, but she did not respond to any of them, even though she said that she would be available to talk to me. So for me this was totally unprofessional. I was frustrated by lack of service on her part or the company's part. I was very concerned as the rent should have been collected from my tenants, but weren't done by the due date. I had to terminate her as she did not perform proper property management services. She was not pro-active enough to deal with the property manager whom she should have taken over from. Don't waste your time with this company. Don't deal with them as they don't have time for you, or your properties. I did not pay them, as they really didn't perform any services to me, and her emailing was very haphazadous and not satisfactory.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], Hope all is well. I hope you have found someone to service your needs as the demand and very urgent needs of your properties were just not a match for IPMG. Also I must add I had in fact responded to all of your emails and made numerous attempts to coordinate with your property manager to no avail. After careful consideration the condition of your properties proved a high risk liability that we were not ready to take on. We explained all of this to you as well. Creating erroneous comments about IPMG will not help your issues. Your properties, which are in Poor Shape in Crime riddled, Poor neighborhoods, are just not what we are accustom to managing. But because you complained of so many issues with your current property manager and tenants I decided to help you purely our of charity. Obviously my good nature and humanitarian efforts are still not enough to assist investor/slum lords like yourself. Again good luck in your search (really) and be careful of allowing your tenants to remain in rodent infested, condemning properties....from what we recall of your tenants they are ready to call the city on you. Take care!"

It's going very well!! Not to be over-the-top but Laura Lewis is really an answer to our prayers. My wife and I had originally partnered with another management company that was not taking care of our property although they claimed that they were. As a result we looked for another company that might take better care of it. We were VERY fortunate to find Laura Lewis at Integrity Property Management. Laura has helped us in every way she possible. She keeps her word, she responds very quickly and she's helped us to get back on even footing by telling us what we needed and helped(ing) us in the process of getting it!! What really struck me about her is she tells it like it is. She very honest, professional and competent. I highly recommend Laura Lewis as a Realtor and Property Manager.

Thanks to Property Management Group, my properties are in great shape. They are making sure the tenants are happy and that the property is maintained properly. Performing all repairs on time. Moreover, Property Management Group is also performing and managing property renovations (was performed after I bought the properties). I was happy with the fair pricing and the outcomes of the renovations. Highly recommended!
