Terrible. Rent that was paid on the second of the month was not received by me until the following month. This is after repeated calls and emails asking where it was. The first response was that they did not pay. We did a conference call with office manager to find out that it was paid and a check would be issued the next day. This check came 16 days later. So the rent that was paid on time, was not sent out to me for over 30 days. I told them that if I did not have this in the calendar month, then I was not going to use them anymore. They collected a total of 1775 in rent, and gave me one heck for 524 after they said that I had to pay the cancellation fee after they did not do anything but collect 2 checks and send tem over a month late. I was using this company so that I did not have to case down tenants, and it turned out that I was chasing the rent from the management company instead.

They came out less than a week and unclogged my drains. It was done in a timely manner and I was satisfied.

It's going very well!! Not to be over-the-top but Laura Lewis is really an answer to our prayers. My wife and I had originally partnered with another management company that was not taking care of our property although they claimed that they were. As a result we looked for another company that might take better care of it. We were VERY fortunate to find Laura Lewis at Integrity Property Management. Laura has helped us in every way she possible. She keeps her word, she responds very quickly and she's helped us to get back on even footing by telling us what we needed and helped(ing) us in the process of getting it!! What really struck me about her is she tells it like it is. She very honest, professional and competent. I highly recommend Laura Lewis as a Realtor and Property Manager.

We have worked with Laura for two years now. She has helped guide our investment decisions in this area and has been a very good property manager. She really has a good sense of the community and has done a great job in screening tenants.

Thanks to Property Management Group, my properties are in great shape. They are making sure the tenants are happy and that the property is maintained properly. Performing all repairs on time. Moreover, Property Management Group is also performing and managing property renovations (was performed after I bought the properties). I was happy with the fair pricing and the outcomes of the renovations. Highly recommended!
