Property damage can be overwhelming, but Integrated Restoration really helps take some of the stress off. One thing I appreciate is how they handle everything with the insurance company directly. That part can be such a headache and having someone manage it makes a huge difference. They are professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to getting things back to normal as smoothly as possible. The charges were covered under the insurance claim. They were extremely professional and did excellent work. All the employees were courteous and knew their job. I would recommend them for any type of remodeling work.

I can’t say enough about how nice a guy Tom Stuckart is but even more important, how knowledgeable he is about the work he does. I also want to comment about the absence of “nickel and diming”. I am quite sure that Integrated “ate” quite a few “little items” along the way. Their goal was to do a first rate job – and they did. There were no “surprises”. The job did take a very long time to complete but I attribute that more to the string of inexperienced people at the insurance company than anything to do with Integrated. I am sure it cost Integrated money to work through the approval delays at the insurance company and they never pushed any of that cost down to us. Similarly, we made the mistake of insisting on using our own granite provider – and Tom patiently worked through that fiasco with us. I also want to say a word or two about “George”. George seems to be the main carpenter but he does much more than that and he is amazing – his attention to detail is great and he takes such great pride in making every fitting perfect. Integrated was also very neat and clean. With the exception of the plumbers, we were never left with a big mess at night when it was even remotely possible to avoid it. They always swept up and always did their best to keep in mind that we still had to live there. Lastly I want to say a word about honesty. There were many times we needed to leave Integrated’s people alone in our home. Not once did they come close to betraying that trust. I strongly recommend using Integrated Restoration.
