I couldn't be happier! The work started on April 21st and was completed on the 22nd of May. They came in and tore down my old garage in just a few hours. The very next day the crew came in and took out all my sidewalks, part of my drive. They put in all the forms for the garage and all the walks. They very next day they started pouring the concrete. I had to wait the 7 days for the drive to cure and they I could start to use it. They owner Jim dropped off all the colors they had for the siding, trim, shingles, and the garage door. It took me a couple of days to decide what I wanted. I called and let him know and just a few days later all the supplies were delivered. The garage took just two days for the shell to go up. The siding and roof one more day.  A few days late the electrician came in and finished his work in 2 days. I would recommend Hook and Ladder to everyone.

Overall the construction went well. The concrete work went as planned, and once the materials arrived for the actual building of the garage it was started immediatly. Every thing went well including the elctrician and the door hanger. There was one problem with the concrete work which was fixed promptly at no additional cost to me.

I initially contacted Jim for an estimate to have a garage built.  Out of 4 estimates he had the best price.  Unfortunately, the city building department would not approve the garage project.  When I discovered rotten wood on the exterior siding of my house, I asked Jim about installing vinyl siding.  He gave me a good price for all the work involved.  Mike did the work and cleaned up afterwards.  The frame around the door including the threshold was completely rotten.  That was replaced and a new door including interior trim installed.  My house looks great!  I haven't given up hope that the city will eventually approve the garage, and I plan to have Hook & Ladder do the work.

Jim Kluth and all subcontractors he used were very professional and performed high quality work from start to finish. Before work began, Jim attended a city building dept meeting with me to obtain a variance for the new garage. He and all subcontractors asked me about all the details (placement of lights, switches, outlets, windows, storage shelves) rather than just installing them wherever just to get the job done. Jim would give me an honest opinion if I seemed to struggle with a decision. Jim and his crew have a great work ethic...they spent 9 hours in 20 degree weather to finish getting the siding on in one day.

According to plan-no hiccups; would use them again & have no problem referring others to them.

They were very efficient. They really took our requests into consideration and did everything to our expectations. They were excellent.

The whole process went very smoothly. I am very satisfied with the new garage and driveway. The work was top quality. I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire project went amazingly well. There were a few changes along the way (mostly ours) and Jim Kluth was flexible, accommodating, and very easy to deal with, he handled inspections and permits so we didn't have deal with extra people. Cleanup was outstanding, the only way we knew they had been here was by observing progress. All of the workers were polite and professional. We thought it went very fast and we are delighted with our new garage as well as with our choice of builders. Would definitely recommend this company. Their price was lower than the other two larger companies we were considering.

It went very well;we are very pleased. Jim Kluth (owner) is fantastic about communication. They subbed out the demolition, garage door opener, concrete, and electrical. The subs are also very professional, thorough, and clean. Jim did a great job following up with Subs. For example, the day our concrete slab was poured, Jim came over later to make sure it was done correctly. Jim and his workers were very efficient building our garage and even worked in the rain one day! It was built really quickly. I would recommend Hook n Ladder to anyone without hesitation.

Jim is polite and professional and kept me informed along the way. The work was done promptly. The garage looks great. He uses the same concrete and roofing subs for each job. No real complaints.

I JUST THOUGHT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND VERY POLITE.

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. THEIR SCHEDULE WAS EFFICIENT. IT WAS REASONABLY PRICED. JIM K. LUTH WAS THE MAN IN CHARGE AND KEPT THE JOB GOING SMOOTHLY. ALL THE MEN WHO WORKED ON THIS JOB WERE POLITE, PLEASANT, EFFICIENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THEIR WORK. WE ENJOYED WATCHING THEM BUILD OUR GARAGE FROM THE BEGINNING TO END.
